HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
FIRST 30 MILES FROM OUR HOME BASE IN JERSEY CITY IS FREE. AFTER THAT, WE CHARGE A SMALL FEE PER MILE THAT WILL REFLECT ON YOUR BALANCE. WE WILL ALSO CHARGE YOU FOR TOLL.
WHAT TIME WILL YOU BE ARRIVING AT THE VENUE?
WE WILL BE ARRIVING 1-HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT STARTS TO SETUP THE PHOTO BOOTH. OUR TECHNICIANS NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE, SECURED AND ALL IS READY BY THE TIME YOUR EVENT STARTS.
I PAYED THE DOWN PAYMENT FOR MY EVENT, NOW WHAT?
CONGRATULATIONS! YOU JUST LOCKED IN AND RESERVED YOUR EVENT DATE WITH US. OUR STAFF WILL BE IN-TOUCH WITH YOU SHORTLY BY E-MAIL TO START THE DESIGN PROCESS OF YOUR PHOTO BOOTH TEMPLATE. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
WE RECOMMEND THE SOONER THE BETTER. BUT WE'VE SECURED BOOKINGS WITHIN DAYS OF THE EVENT SO DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT US IF YOU NEED TO BOOK A CLOSER DATE.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE PARKING?
AFTER BOOKING WITH US, WE WILL RESEARCH PARKING SITUATIONS AROUND THE VENUE AHEAD OF TIME AND IF THE VENUE DOESN'T HAVE A PARKING LOT AND WE WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING, WE WOULD LET YOU KNOW HOW HOW MUCH AND WOULD REFLECT IN YOUR BALANCE.

ARE THE PHOTO PRINTS AND DIGITAL IMAGES GOOD QUALITY?
SURE THING! ALL PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN WITH A DSLR CAMERA PAIRED WITH A STUDIO FLASH. WE ALSO USE A HIGH QUALITY DYE SUB PRINTER FOR PRINTS. YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A USB DRIVE WITH FULL-RESOLUTION COPIES OF ALL PHOTOS TAKEN BY OUR BOOTH AT THE END OF YOUR EVENT.

WE START WORKING ON YOUR TEMPLATE 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. TYPICALLY DONE WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.
